Phone Plans

Cell phone companies offer many different kinds of plans. They offer individual, family, prepaid, and Data plans. These plans cover many different things and consist of many different amounts of minutes and text or number of lines. They are so diverse because the world is very diverse and they try to apeal to everyone. Some carriers offer cheap simple plans and also expensive complex plans. These plans cover many different options so that everyone can find something that is convienient for them.

Competition

Phone companies share some of the same brands with each other. They however don't share many of the same phones. With the brands having so many different kinds of phones they are spread out throughout the companies so that they all offer different types of phones. This helps to create some of the service that the companies recieve due to which phones there company carries.

People are drawn to different types of phones therefore the phone companies have to keep up with one another and have the best phones for there company to try and keep people using there service. If one company recieves the newest and best smartphone it could be a way to add new customers to there service. however this can be bad if they are not the company with the newest and best phone because then will leave there company to go to the one with the newest phone. With competition like this phone companies have to keep on there feet in order to be the best and have the most customers.

Phones

Cell phone providers offer many different phones from plain simple phones to very complex phones that are like mini computers. These different phones all apeal to different people and families due to different reasons. The variety that is offered fits almost everyones needs. Some people could only need a phone simply to call someone or just to text someone while others needs phones that can surf the web or that they can email from. Some people just need one incase of emergencies and others need them to work on the go. the different types of cell phones all serve a different purpose to each and every person.

Verizon offers many differnt types of phones with brands such as LG, BlackBerry, Motorola, Droid, Samsung, KIN, HTC, Pantech, and Apple. They offer basic phones and also smartphones. The variety of smartphones that they have is very big. The prices of these phones start as low as free with some of the basic ones and goes as high as $300.00. It all depends on the needs of the person based on the phone that they buy.

At&t also offers many different types of phones with brand such as Samsung, Motorola, Apple, Pantech, Nokia, and LG. As well as Verizon they too offer a variety of phones to cover everyones needs as well. Although they dont have as many brands of phones as verizon they still have quiet a few. There phones start as low as free with some of the basic ones and go up to about $300.00 with the smartphones as well.

Sprint offers many different types of phones as well with brands such as Sanyo, Samsung, Blackberry, Android, LG, Motorola, PalmPixi, and Kyocera. These are some of the same brands as listed before but also with a few different ones. These phones start as low as $49.99 and go up to $824.99.
