Offering medical, dental, vision, 401(k), financial planning, and adoption assistance sprint helps to creat lots of opportunities for its workers. These benefits are not only just for full time workers but some are also available to part time workers as well.
They also have been focusing on going green by using wind power to help power 24% of the corporate office electrical power. This also helps the economy by providing jobs to those in the wind power industry. It also helps to keep the environment cleaner and to move forward in the future of alternative energy.
